The final bingo challenge/giveaway of 2026 is here! It’s been a fun year of seasonal bingo cards and giveaway entries! For this final giveaway I thought putting all the information here on my website would be the best place for you to find entry details and book recommendations for each prompt! You can also find info on my Instagram post.
How to Enter
My heart behind this giveaway is to encourage you to read more broadly, or try a new genre/author you would not have read otherwise. There are 9 prompts for a possibility of 9 different books to read and enter as your bingo card. These titles must be read and completed during the 3 month window of the fall giveaway: October-December.
Here are a few bullet points to detail it all out for you:
- Complete a bingo card to enter giveaway!
- A new bingo card starts every 3 months.
- Use books finished within the 3 month timeframe to complete the bingo card.
- To enter the giveaway:
- Screenshot bingo card from my Bingo highlight
- Post completed Bingo card(s) to stories and tag me @parismaereads
- 3 in a row = 1 entry
- Blackout = 1 additional entry
- Completed bingos will be entered into a drawing to win a book from your Amazon wish list.
- Find more giveaway fine print at the end of this post!
Book Recommendations
In this section you can find more on each bingo prompt with book recommendations.
Epistolary Format
A book written in an epistolary format is a book written via letters, diary entries, journals, or any other type of media. All five of the titles listed below are written in the format, I’ve read all of them and linked to my reviews where applicable:
- The Unselected Journals of Emma M. Lion by Beth Brower
- Dracula by Bram Stoker
- The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins
- The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by
- (Honorable Mention) The Mysterious Case of the Alperton Angels by Janice Hallett
Bible Study
The bible study prompt is my way of encouraging you to be in the word more during this season. Whether you are reading through a specific book of the bible, walking through a bible in the year reading, completing a bible study with your church, or your own personal study, all of it counts! This is the only space that you DO NOT have to complete the study within the 3 month timeframe. This prompt is meant to encourage, not overwhelm. So, if you are halfway through a year-long study, count it! I want you to be encouraged to get into God’s word more these upcoming months.
If you don’t have a bible study already, here are a few I recommend:
- The Joy of Every Longing Heart Advent Bible Study
- The Psalms Bible Study
- Is Christ Enough for Me? Contentment Bible Study
All of these studies are ones I own from The Daily Grace Co! To get an additional 10% off your order use PARISMAEREADS10 at checkout 🙂
Murder Mystery
I am SO EXCITED for this prompt!! I love a good murder mystery and have making my way through Agatha Christie’s Hercule Poirot series this year. I can’t wait to see what murder mystery you add to your bingo card!
Here are just a tiny selection of some of my favorite murder mysteries:
- The Seven Dials Mystery by Agatha Christie
- the 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton
- Shady Hollow by Juneau Black
- The Decagon House Murders by Yukito Ayatsuji
- Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky (yes, I’ll count this as a murder mystery if it gets you to read it hehe)
Published in Your Birth Year
This prompt is one of my favorites from the entire year. I asked for prompt suggestions as I was making this challenge and this was a prompt submitted by you! While I can’t recommend a list of books specifically for your birth year, I think it is so fun that a quick google search can pull up some great options, especially if you pair your birth year with your favorite genre. I will say, I tried this prompt in chatgpt, and it was not accurate at all, so if you care about being accurate, make sure you double check for yourself when a book was actually published. I’m happy to take publishing dates of special editions or paperbacks as well, it does not have to be the original publication date.
Children’s Book
You read that right, a children’s book! This is an easy “gimme” because I want this bingo card to feel attainable over the upcoming holiday season. I will leave it up to your discretion what you define as a children’s book. I am happy for it to be a picture book you read aloud to your grandchildren, a favorite elementary or middle grade you always revisit during the holidays, or anything in between. Since this prompt covers such a wide range, I will not be recommending any specific titles. However, if you need help or have questions about this prompt, please send me an email or message me on Instagram!
Book Club Pick
I love a book club, I’m actually currently in THREE (wutt?!?!?) kind of overwhelming, not even going to lie. So, what defines a book club? At first glance, this may be a simple prompt, but I’m open to some creative thinking. I would love for you to join a book club and have some bookish community in your life, one way to do that is join my book club, And Then There Was Book Club, that I co-host on youtube with two friends. We are currently reading through Agatha Christie’s stand alone novels and meet every-other month. Our book pick for October is Endless Night by Agatha Christie.
If you can’t find an in person or virtual book club that interests you, I am also open to book selections from celebrities, you know those books with the annoying sticker that doesn’t come off? Oprah, Reese Witherspoon, Good Morning America, and Read with Jenna are all options for this. I am in no way endorsing their book selections, I am just providing an alternative avenue for you!
Book Clubs I’ll be a part of and would love for you to join:
- October: And Then There Was Book Club
- November: Bloom
- December: Advent Study Along
Final Book in a Series
Another prompt that I can’t necessarily recommend a book because I have no clue what series you are currently reading, if any. This is a 3 month long challenge so that gives you a few months to plan out your reading and see if you can get to the final book in a series. I am also happy to count trilogies and duologies for this prompt! Use this as the perfect excuse to finally finish up that series you keep putting off!
I am also happy for this to be the “final” published book in a series. If a series you are reading is incomplete and you read the most recently published book (for example: The Unselected Journal of Emma M Lion Vol. 8 by Beth Brower), I would love for you to count that for this square!
Autumn on the Cover
Here we go, back to book recs! This one is open to interpretation. If you think a book is giving fall, whether that be spooky, cozy, color palette, etc, I am happy for you to count it toward this bingo square.
Here are some I recommend:
- Juniper Bean Resorts to Murder by Gracie Ruth Mitchell
- Specters in the Glass House by Jaime Jo Wright
- Vampires of El Norte by Isabel Canas
Christmas Book
It is almost the most wonderful time of the year after all! I know this is technically a fall bingo card, but since it overlaps with Christmas I had to add this prompt! There are always fun new Christmas releases that publish seasonally around this time of the year. I actually have a post recommending my favorite Christmas Romance novels, you can find it here.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to read a romance novel for this prompt, there are plenty of Christmas books out there. You can use an advent devotional for this prompt, a children’s book, or any other genre of Christmas!
Fine Print
Speaking of using a devotional or children’s book for the Christmas prompt, I have a little housekeeping to mention:
- You can only use one title for one square, no double dipping. I am looking for 3-9 separate titles for a 3 in a row bingo entry or a blackout bingo entry! What’s fun about having a book that can fit into multiple prompts is that you can move it around as needed when completing the card.
- Books used for bingo must be read within the bingo card’s 3 month time frame. You can only use one title for one square, no double dipping
- Prize is a book of Amazon wishlist (up to $30 usd)
- Open internationally
- Winner must be willing to share shipping address with me
