Death in the Clouds by Agatha Christie (Hercule Poirot #11)

My Quick Takes:

- Genre 📚 murder mystery
- Language 🤐 mild, God’s name in vain, a few uses of B-
- Spice ❤️‍🔥 none
- Content 🤔 extramarital affair, murder

I was so confident and she dashed my theory in the end.

Another great mystery. This one felt very similar to The Mystery of the Blue Train, where the murder takes place during travel and all the suspects were in the same vicinity. It’s a fun take on the closed-circle trope because the mystery is slowly worked out after the suspects all go their separate ways.

The reason for my confidence is because I did figure out a big plot twit before Poirot did. I thought that character would end up being the murderer, but alas, I was wrong. I love being proven wrong in mysteries so I’m happy to continue on being fooled by the Queen of Mystery!
